Welcome to the Golden Frames website. By browsing this site or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these plain-language terms. They exist to set clear expectations — nothing here is meant to trip anyone up.
This site exists to showcase our window treatment products and services and to let you request a consultation or quote. Please use it for those purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit false or misleading inquiries, or misuse the forms.
Any prices or price ranges mentioned on this site are general guidance only. Custom window treatments are made to measure, so all quotes are subject to a free in-home consultation and professional measurement. Your written quote is the final word on pricing for your project; nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer.
We work to keep product descriptions, photos, and availability accurate and current, but materials, colours, and options can change, and colours on your screen may differ from physical fabric. During your consultation you will see real samples before you commit to anything. All our products come with a 2-year warranty. Please ask for the coverage and terms for your chosen product and refer to your written quote or invoice for details.
The text, photos, and design of this website belong to Golden Frames or are used with permission. You are welcome to share links to our pages, but please do not copy or republish our content for commercial use without asking us first.
Some pages link to or embed third-party services such as Google Maps and our social media profiles. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content.
We provide this website on an "as is" basis. While we take reasonable care to keep it accurate and available, we cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the website itself. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law in Ontario, Canada, which governs these terms.
If anything here is unclear, contact us at goldenframescanada@gmail.com, call +1 226 582 9250, or visit us at 44 Juno Dr, St. Thomas, ON N5R 6E9.
If we update these terms, we will change the date at the top of this page. See also our Privacy Policy.
